Non-EU customers at Las Rozas Village can claim the tax back on purchases they take home. To request your VAT return and benefit from even greater savings, simply follow these steps:

1.- When you make a purchase in stores offering the tax-free service, ask for your tax-free receipt showing the full cost of your shopping.
2.- When leaving Spain or any other European Community country, show your receipt at customs to validate your tax-free shopping.
3.- Show your valid receipts and your passport at the Reimbursement Office so that they can return the amount in cash or to your credit card.
