TERMS AND CONDITIONS 10% DISCOUNT PRIVILEGE MEMBERSHIP

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS SHALL APPLY TO PURCHASES OF GOODS FROM THE RELEVANT OUTLET BOUTIQUES PARTICIPATING IN PRIVILEGE AND USING THE PRIVILEGE DISCOUNT.

  1. The 10% discount for Privilege will only be used at Las Rozas Village, always with an expiry date. Valid until 24 September 2019.
  2. Privilege code must be presented in the store at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount and no retrospective discount is possible.
  3. Privilege code discount are not valid whilst any promotional campaign from Las Rozas Village. The 10% discount will be only valid in products without any other discount or promotion. Check the product in boutique.
  4. Privilege code discount are not valid in conjunction with any other offers or promoions.
  5. Privilege code are limited to one per person.
  6. Privilege code discount have no cash value.
  7. The discounts offered are in relation to the relevant outlet store’s prices.
  8. The customer acknowledges and agrees that:

8.1 Value Retail Management Spain, S.L.U., Value Retail Management La Roca, S.L., its subsidiaries and associated companies and the owners of Las Rozas Village (“VR”) are not responsible for prices at which the relevant outlet store advertises or sells goods from time to time;

8.2 VR is acting as the agent of the relevant outlet stores at all times and the discount vouchers create no contractual relationship between VR and the customer in relation to the discount offered in Privilege or otherwise;

8.3 VR makes no warranties regarding the goods (including without limitation the quality thereof) which the customer may obtain with discount vouchers from the relevant outlet stores;

8.4 The customer shall have no right, and waives his/her ability to make any claim against VR in the event that any relevant outlet store fails to honour a discount voucher in whole or part, and the customer’s only remedy in that situation is to claim against the relevant outlet store; and

  1. The terms and conditions of sale of any outlet store shall apply to any purchases from such outlet store using a voucher in addition to these terms and conditions.
  2. The customer shall indemnify VR, and those companies’ officers and employees, and hold them harmless from and against any actions, claims, damages (including amounts paid on a without prejudice basis), losses and costs suffered by VR and/or those companies’ officers and employees in consequence of any action or claim made by a customer which is at variance with the acknowledgements, agreements and waivers made by the customer above.

GUCCI: Discount not applicable.
MONTBLANC: Applicable only on products over 100€ and under 50% discounts.
LOEWE: Discount not applicable.
L'OCCITANE EN PROVENCE: Discount not applicable on "Divina" collection.
PANDORA: Discount not applicable.
PRADA: Discount not applicable.
POLO RALPH LAUREN: Check at boutique.
VERSACE: Minimum purchase fo 150€.
